2008 Iron Team Competition

The 'Iron Team Challenge' featured two teams of 3 chefs adorned in coloured Chef Revival jackets who competed in a "mystery box" format in the finals for a one hour duration creating both a savory and sweet dish from the ingredients available

The competition took place on Saturday, March 1st, 2008 at the
Bermuda Gourmet Getaway Village at Fairmont Southampton where
Team Island Restaurant Group went up against Team Uppercrust for the title championship.
