The Escoffier Cup will be an event that, through the high profile of its prizes
and awards, will draw out the finest chefs in Bermuda to compete.
2008 Escoffier Winners
Bermuda's top chefs competed in four qualifying rounds with one winner from
each qualifying round moving on to the finals held at the Viking Village.
