Held at Bacardi International, guests can mingle with the visiting celebrity and local chefs while you sample dishes prepared by some of the top local chefs and restaurants and drink popular BACARDI rums and specialty cocktails. |

Venue: Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo
An evening of great food & wines in the surrounds of our country’s natural history at The Bermuda Aquarium, Museum & Zoo. Celebrity chefs along with local culinary experts will cook samples of their specialties, wineries will pair fun vintages, local musicians will play sweet melodies; all of this in and amongst the gardens and underwater tanks that show our islands marine and biological history. This is an event not to be missed! |

Venue: Fairmont Southampton
Held at the Fairmont Southampton, where attendees can taste vintages from wineries around the world, and sample foods & products made only in Bermuda, as well as from international vendors. Watch the ‘Iron Chef Team Challenge’ where two teams compete ‘iron chef’ style with a mystery basket to determine the best chefs. There will be vegetable carving, ice sculpting and cake decorating competitions. Sample tastings from the three fish chowder finalists (professional and amateur) as they compete for the grand prize. Watch celebrity and local chefs give demonstrations alongside the celebrity host. Cheer the finalists of the Escoffier Cup, where four finalists will go head to head live in an ‘iron chef’ style cook-off competition to determine Bermuda’s best chef. |

An interactive, fun, and educational program will be created for you and your children. Kids will enjoy activities such as a coloring station, kite making, Easter egg making, a culinary quiz game as well as food preparation & tasting. Scheduled presentations throughout the day will focus on culinary tips & techniques and nutritional ideas for healthy food preparation. Leave your children at the “Kids Village” while you sample some wines and watch live demos. There is plenty to do to keep young chefs occupied and at the end of the day they get to take home their apron and/or eggs as a keepsake. |

Join us for our annual golf tournament, with our chefs, sponsors and guests. The proceeds go to the Bermuda Culinary Development Fund, assisting young Bermudians
to further their culinary education.
